Role Summary: The Volunteer Country Team Lead will act as the representative for Climate Change Writers in their country, building and managing a team of local writers and advocates. This volunteer will lead country-specific initiatives, recruit volunteers, and coordinate with the global team to bring local climate issues to the forefront.

Responsibilities:
Recruit, lead, and manage a team of volunteers in your country.
Organize and oversee country-specific climate writing and advocacy initiatives.
Collaborate with the global team to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
Foster partnerships with local organizations, media, and environmental groups.
Serve as the primary contact for volunteers and partners within your country.

Ideal Candidate Qualifications:
Leadership experience, ideally in a volunteer or advocacy capacity.
Strong communication skills and ability to motivate and coordinate a team.
Familiarity with climate change issues specific to your country.
